Randi Frank Consulting served as a facilitator for a Goal Setting Meeting for the Town of Newington’s Town Council. The Council heard highlights of issues they would face in the next year from the Town Manager and some Department Heads. With this information, they discussed the issues that they wished to addressed and set their priorities for the next year.

There is a tendency during these meetings to attempt to solve problems prior to the determination of the council’s objectives and priorities. Ms. Frank assisted the council with keeping the discussions on track and keeping a record of concerns. The council then discussed which issues were the most important and which were the highest priorities for the next year.
