Manger of Human Resources
A Specially Chartered Municipal Corporation which provides water and waste water services to eight towns in the Hartford Metropolitan Area
Salary Range: $96,000 - $124,000
The MDC is looking for Manager of Human Resources who will provide leadership and daily management of the Human Resources Department and related policies, programs and operations including: HR administration, recruitment and selection, all employee benefits, HRIS, classification and compensation, training and education and other employee services. Candidate needs to identify best business personnel practices. Position reports to Deputy Chief Executive Officer.
Qualifications:
Bachelors’ Degree in Human Resources, Public Administration, Industrial Relations or a closely related field; Master’s Degree preferred; with a minimum of eight(8) years of progressively responsible HR management experience including three (3) years at a management level; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provide the requisite knowledge, skills and abilities for this position.
